Party Rental
Party rental includes:

Use of the private Party Room for your event for 2 hours

Access to the museum for up to 30 children and adults
Cost: $200 Non-Member/$180 Member
Parties are available (Memorial Day-Labor Day):

Party Rental Policies include:

Payment is due in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Guests may bring their own food and beverages. However, eating and drinking are only permitted in the Party Room.

Guests may bring their own decorations and arrive 15 minutes early to set up; however, we encourage guests to bring limited decorations and enjoy the museum. Six four-foot round tables and two four-foot rectangular tables are available for your event.

Party guests have museum access from the start of the party until the museum closes. Party guests will only have access to the party room during the 2-hour rental time slot. Guests should obtain a hand stamp for re-entry to the museum.

The Party Room accommodates a maximum of 30 guests (Including children and adults). Museum members are included in the final 30 person guest limit.

Party hosts are asked to provide a guest list, which can be emailed to lewisburgchildrensmuseum@gmail.com prior to the event or given to the check-in staff day of the event.
- The use of outside vendors is prohibited during a Party Rental.

The museum requires a 1:5 ratio for parties. For every five children, there must be one supervising adult. DIRECT ADULT SUPERVISION MUST BE PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN IN THE EXHIBITS DURING THE PARTY

Museum Rental
Have an evening of play at the Lewisburg Children's Museum all to yourself! LCM is available for private functions.
Private Party Rentals include:

Use of the Museum and its party room for your event for 2 hours

Access to the museum for up to 80 children and adults
Cost: $400 Non-Member/ $360 Members
Rentals are available (Memorial Day-Labor Day):

Sundays: 12:00 pm-2:00 pm; 3:00 pm-5:00 pm

Museum Rentals are available starting at 5:00 pm other week nights

Museum Rental Policies include:

Museum rentals must be arranged at least two weeks prior to the date of your event

Museum rentals are two hours long and up to 80 total guests and can take place when the Museum is not open to the general public.

The use of outside vendors is prohibited without the Museum's prior approval. An additional agreement may be required if outside vendors are o during a Museum Rental.

Programming Room Rental
Looking for a place to gather for your next educational event, program, or meeting? The LCM rents rooms for small gatherings.
The following policies apply:

All policies and rules of the LCM apply during a Programming Room rental.

Room rentals do NOT include admission to the museum.

No food or drink is permitted in the room during the rental
-
Programming room rentals can accommodate groups of up to 20 children and adults.

Children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Adults unaccompanied by children will not be allowed admission into the LCM, without prior arrangement with the Museum staff.
Cost: $20 for a 1 hour rental
