Nature's Explorers Series

Join a group of explorers on Saturday afternoons, discovering the curiosities of nature at Dale’s Ridge and areas surrounding Lewisburg. Each session will introduce a new way of seeing and being in the natural world - from art and poetry to birds and bugs! Professors from Bucknell University will give kids a chance to ask questions, test equipment, make art, and be together in safe ways outdoors. We’ll also learn what we can do to keep our environments healthy. What a great way to spend Saturdays in the spring!

Program made possible by collaboration between the Lewisburg Children's Museum, Merrill W. Linn Land & Waterways Conservancy, and the Union County Historical Society.

Recommended for families with school-aged children. Please note, that these programs will be held at the Dale Engle Walker House, unless otherwise noted.

Masks are required and COVID precautions will be followed. This event is $7 per family. Space is limited.

Are you a Museum for All guest with a EBT/SNAP Benefits card and want to participate? Contact lewisburgchildrensmuseum@gmail.com for information.
